Ovill McKenzie: Still the champion

Ovill McKenzie successfully defended his Commonwealth light-heavyweight title in Manchester on Friday.
The Jamaica-born, Derby-based fighter proved too powerful for Tony Dodson, stopping him in the third round.
McKenzie put Dodson down in round three and although the Liverpudlian got to his feet, another attack followed and the referee soon stepped in.
The victory was McKenzie's first successful defence of the belt.
He first won the title back in 2006 but lost it straight away. He regained it last year when he knocked out Jeff Evans in just 15 seconds.
